Gabriella de Salvio has more than 20 years of experience, with an extensive knowledge of the regulatory aspects of telecommunications, broadcasting, and audiovisual sectors, as well as data protection and privacy issues.
Throughout her career, Gabriella has worked on concession renewals, defended clients in administrative proceedings, participated in public consultations with regulatory agencies—including the 5G radio frequency auction in Brazil—and represented clients in strategic and complex disputes in her areas of expertise.
Her career includes experience at major companies in Brazil, renowned national and international law firms, as well as at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague (Netherlands) and at the Brazilian Mission to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva (Switzerland).
